Responsibilities
- Lead process and project work streams within BPM projects, including process analysis, design, and improvement initiatives
- Conduct requirement gathering, workshops, and deliverables preparation for clients
- Maintain ARIS BPM models, apply changes, and develop technical documents, BRDs, and training materials
- Design To-Be business processes, perform GAP analysis, and support process migration in ARIS Business Designer
- Deliver ARIS training and awareness sessions, and supervise junior consultants while reviewing their work
- Attend client meetings, assist in workshops, and develop presentations and supporting materials
- Conduct research and desktop studies to support project delivery
- Perform miscellaneous project/work-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred
- 5–7 years of professional experience in management consulting
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment across multiple projects
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Additional but not required: Visio, SQL, VBA, and coding experience
- Willingness and ability to learn consulting methodologies
