Responsibilities
Provide technical support to distributors and end customers across the MENA region within the industrial automation sector.
Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable automation solutions based on their operational needs.
Support the sales team during pre-sales and post-sales activities, including preparing technical proposals and product selection.
Participate in customer meetings to present automation solutions and provide technical expertise.
Communicate directly with customers to understand project requirements and follow up on ongoing opportunities.
Assist customers with troubleshooting, application optimization, and resolving technical issues related to automation systems.
Support installation and commissioning activities for automation products and solutions.
Conduct product presentations and technical training sessions for customers and partners.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver customized automation solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduate up to 2 years of experience; exposure to the industrial automation field is an advantage.
Basic to good knowledge of pneumatic and electric automation technologies with a strong willingness to learn.
Fluent in Arabic and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with engineering or automation software tools is considered an advantage.
