Director of Strategy – Education Sector

- Lead the development and execution of the organization's strategic initiatives within the education sector, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
- Conduct market analysis and research to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential partnerships in the education industry.
- Work closely with the leadership team to formulate long-term strategies for growth, competitive advantage, and market leadership in the education sector.
- Oversee the implementation of strategic plans, ensuring that resources, timelines, and budgets are effectively managed.
- Manage and mentor a team of strategy professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on analysis of market data, financial performance, and competitor activities.
- Build relationships with key external stakeholders, including government agencies, educational institutions, and industry leaders.
- Lead strategic mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and investment opportunities to enhance the company’s position in the education sector.
- Ensure the organization maintains compliance with local and international regulations and industry standards.
- Stay updated on global and regional education trends, ensuring the organization’s strategies remain innovative and forward-thinking.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field (Ph.D. or relevant professional certifications are a plus).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, preferably within the education sector.
- Proven experience in managing complex strategic initiatives and driving growth in the education industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong knowledge of the education sector landscape, including market trends, policy changes, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work with senior leadership and external stakeholders to align strategy and drive results.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
