Responsibilities
Lead financial strategy aligned with organizational objectives and drive overall financial performance.
Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, including variance analysis and performance tracking.
Develop and maintain advanced financial models for project finance, investment analysis, and decision-making.
Manage treasury functions including cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and funding requirements.
Support project financing activities including debt structuring, financial closing, and lender compliance.
Establish and maintain internal controls, risk management frameworks, and audit processes.
Lead ERP implementation and enhance financial systems, policies, and procedures.
Monitor cash flow and budget performance to ensure financial efficiency and stability.
Maintain effective relationships with banks, lenders, auditors, and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
15–20 years of experience in construction, contracting, or infrastructure/project finance.
Strong experience in project finance, including financial modeling and financial close processes.
Expertise in treasury management and banking instruments (LCs, bank guarantees).
Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel, VBA/macros required).
Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred.
Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
