Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, development, retention, and exit
Develop and ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
Manage compensation, benefits, payroll, and performance management processes
Lead succession planning, workforce readiness, and talent development strategies
Drive process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar tools
Optimize workflows, implement KPIs, and lead cross-functional efficiency projects
Support organizational change, transformation, and continuous improvement efforts
Design and deliver training, leadership development, and upskilling programs
Promote a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation
Champion DEI initiatives and employee engagement strategies
Align HR and operational initiatives with business goals in partnership with leadership
Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and industry standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
7+ years of experience in HR and operational excellence roles
Proven success in process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred)
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and best practices
Experience in change management, performance development, and succession planning
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
High emotional intelligence and ability to drive culture and organizational alignment
