Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day recruitment activities, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and onboarding for factory staff.
Supervise attendance, shift rosters, leave management, and overtime tracking in coordination with production supervisors.
Ensure accurate maintenance of employee files, contracts, and HR records in compliance with policy and audit requirements.
Handle first-level employee grievances and escalate complex cases to the HR Manager.
Support the rollout of training programs, safety inductions, and toolbox talks for new and existing workers.
Assist in preparing HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism) for the HR Manager.
Monitor compliance with disciplinary procedures and support investigations when required.
Coordinate with Finance/Payroll on attendance data feeding into monthly payroll processing.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4-6 years of HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Working knowledge of labor law and HR administrative processes
