Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end implementation and onboarding of SaaS solutions for clients.
Lead implementation teams and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Tech teams to ensure smooth and successful deployments.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
Train clients on platform usage, best practices, and basic troubleshooting.
Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Continuously improve onboarding processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation or onboarding, preferably in fleet management, mobility, or rental solutions.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varying levels of complexity.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Experience developing and optimizing onboarding playbooks, training materials, and best practices.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
