Develop and lead comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client’s brand, objectives, and KPIs, including content direction, paid media planning, and campaign structure.
Oversee the execution of all social media activities, content, design, community management, and paid ads, ensuring deliverables meet quality and performance standards.
Monitor market and competitor trends, analyze campaign data (CTR, CPA, ROAS), and extract strategic insights to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with performance marketers on budget planning, media strategy, ad spend efficiency, and campaign optimization across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google.
Serve as the main escalation point for social media accounts, leading client review meetings, presenting monthly/quarterly performance reports, and aligning with account managers on strategic direction.
Mentor and guide the social media team, promote cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to new business proposals and pitches when needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Over 5 years of experience in social media marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial or strategic agency role.
Deep understanding of paid media strategy, performance marketing, and digital analytics.
Strong ability to translate data into strategic decisions and actionable plans.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in client-facing contexts.
Proficient in major ad platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients and timelines.
Fluent in spoken and written English, with strong report writing and verbal communication skills.
