Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Provide technical consultation to clients and propose tailored HVAC solutions based on project requirements.
Maintain and grow the existing customer database while actively identifying and acquiring new clients.
Conduct regular field visits to understand client needs, evaluate site conditions, and prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in HVAC sales within the Jordanian market.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, especially under pressure.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems.
