Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide technical consultation to clients and propose tailored HVAC solutions based on project requirements.
  • Maintain and grow the existing customer database while actively identifying and acquiring new clients.
  • Conduct regular field visits to understand client needs, evaluate site conditions, and prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in HVAC sales within the Jordanian market.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, especially under pressure.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems.
