Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and execution for key mobile-money journeys across the company ecosystem.
- Define and continuously improve flows such as onboarding, KYC, wallet top-ups, transfers, payments, and cash-in/cash-out.
- Work closely with designers, engineers, analysts, and researchers to build dependable, intuitive experiences.
- Own product metrics related to adoption, retention, transaction success, and service reliability.
- Use data, qualitative feedback, and experimentation to guide decisions and prioritization.
- Navigate trade-offs, balance short-term impact with long-term vision, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
- Be creative in all aspects of the job from user testing to solution sing on problems, this is a unique market, and general assumptions don’t hold.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- Strong knowledge of product development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA or Trello
- Experience with B2B and/or B2C products is a plus
