Responsibilities
Lead product strategy and execution for key mobile-money journeys across the company ecosystem.
Define and continuously improve flows such as onboarding, KYC, wallet top-ups, transfers, payments, and cash-in/cash-out.
Work closely with designers, engineers, analysts, and researchers to build dependable, intuitive experiences.
Own product metrics related to adoption, retention, transaction success, and service reliability.
Use data, qualitative feedback, and experimentation to guide decisions and prioritization.
Navigate trade-offs, balance short-term impact with long-term vision, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
Be creative in all aspects of the job from user testing to solution sing on problems, this is a unique market, and general assumptions don’t hold.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in product management
Strong knowledge of product development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA or Trello
Experience with B2B and/or B2C products is a plus
