Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets in coordination with the General Manager and relevant department heads.
- Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams across Operations, Finance, Marketing, and HR to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Track project progress, budgets, and deliverables, escalating risks or delays to management as needed.
- Liaise with external contractors, vendors, and suppliers involved in project execution.
- Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for senior management and, where relevant, clients.
- Ensure projects comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout execution.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within a manufacturing, industrial, or consulting environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
