Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets in coordination with the General Manager and relevant department heads.
Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional project teams across Operations, Finance, Marketing, and HR to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Track project progress, budgets, and deliverables, escalating risks or delays to management as needed.
Liaise with external contractors, vendors, and suppliers involved in project execution.
Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for senior management and, where relevant, clients.
Ensure projects comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout execution.
Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future project delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
5+ years of project management experience, ideally within a manufacturing, industrial, or consulting environment.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
