Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers to promote a range of banking products, including accounts, credit cards, and loan solutions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to overall business objectives.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships.
- Present products and services in a clear, accurate, and professional manner.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records and regularly update CRM systems.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly results-driven with a proactive and professional mindset.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong customer focus with attention to detail.
- Basic to good understanding of banking products is an advantage.
- Professional, confident, and team-oriented approach.
- Fluency in Arabic and very good to excellent command of English.
