Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential customers to promote a range of banking products, including accounts, credit cards, and loan solutions.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to overall business objectives.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships.
  • Present products and services in a clear, accurate, and professional manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and regularly update CRM systems.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly results-driven with a proactive and professional mindset.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong customer focus with attention to detail.
  • Basic to good understanding of banking products is an advantage.
  • Professional, confident, and team-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in Arabic and very good to excellent command of English.
