Senior Commercial Planning Analyst

- Lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycles, coordinating demand forecasts across sales, operations, supply chain, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment with business goals and inventory optimization.
- Build data-driven volume forecasts for new product launches using historical data, market dynamics, and competitor insights.
- Analyze monthly retail audit data to track market share, distribution performance, and competitor positioning; translate findings into actionable strategies with field teams.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities; support strategic planning through deep-dive analytics and business intelligence tools.
- Manage shipment planning and order processes with distributors, aligning internal teams and ensuring execution against volume targets.
- Collaborate with sales teams to implement plans and promotions that support shipment and sales objectives.
- Support budgeting and resource planning by partnering with stakeholders to ensure efficient use of financial and operational resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial planning, demand forecasting, or financial/data analysis.
- Proficient in data analytics and forecasting tools such as Excel, Power BI, SAP, and Tableau.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to align diverse teams around strategic goals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to extract insights from complex datasets.
