- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, social media, display, etc.).
- Manage and grow the company’s online presence across all digital channels, including social media, website, and email marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and continuously optimize for ROI and KPIs.
- Lead SEO/SEM initiatives to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, design) to ensure consistent messaging and campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee content strategy, ensuring alignment with brand voice and market positioning.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools to stay ahead in the industry.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors when applicable.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in digital/online marketing, preferably in a senior role.
- Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM systems, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments (startups or tech companies is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
