Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, social media, display, etc.).
Manage and grow the company’s online presence across all digital channels, including social media, website, and email marketing.
Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and continuously optimize for ROI and KPIs.
Lead SEO/SEM initiatives to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, design) to ensure consistent messaging and campaign effectiveness.
Oversee content strategy, ensuring alignment with brand voice and market positioning.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools to stay ahead in the industry.
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors when applicable.
Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in digital/online marketing, preferably in a senior role.
Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM systems, etc.).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Experience working in fast-paced environments (startups or tech companies is a plus).
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
