Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee day-to-day banking operations and support functions.
- Ensure operational activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Monitor operational performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions when required.
- Collaborate with business units and support functions to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
- Support operational transformation and automation initiatives.
- Identify operational risks and implement appropriate controls and mitigation measures.
- Prepare management reports and provide operational insights to senior leadership.
- Lead, coach, and develop operational teams to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and risk management standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10–15 years of banking experience.
- Strong background in Banking Operations, Centralized Operations, Trade Finance Operations, Cards Operations, or related functions.
- Previous experience managing teams and operational functions.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, operational controls, and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
