Responsibilities

  •  Lead and oversee day-to-day banking operations and support functions.
  • Ensure operational activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Monitor operational performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Collaborate with business units and support functions to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
  • Support operational transformation and automation initiatives.
  • Identify operational risks and implement appropriate controls and mitigation measures.
  • Prepare management reports and provide operational insights to senior leadership.
  • Lead, coach, and develop operational teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and risk management standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of banking experience.
  • Strong background in Banking Operations, Centralized Operations, Trade Finance Operations, Cards Operations, or related functions.
  • Previous experience managing teams and operational functions.
  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations, operational controls, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
