Responsibilities
Lead and oversee day-to-day banking operations and support functions.
Ensure operational activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.
Monitor operational performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions when required.
Collaborate with business units and support functions to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
Support operational transformation and automation initiatives.
Identify operational risks and implement appropriate controls and mitigation measures.
Prepare management reports and provide operational insights to senior leadership.
Lead, coach, and develop operational teams to achieve business objectives.
Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and risk management standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 10–15 years of banking experience.
Strong background in Banking Operations, Centralized Operations, Trade Finance Operations, Cards Operations, or related functions.
Previous experience managing teams and operational functions.
Strong knowledge of banking regulations, operational controls, and process improvement methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
