Lead Generation Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with key decision makers at targeted accounts, identifying their project needs and business issues and conducting individual needs analysis.
  • Researching and identifying potential accounts, building rapport within accounts.
  • Identify and target mining companies in the Middle East as potential clients.
  • Create and execute lead generation campaigns using various channels, including online platforms, industry events, and direct outreach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise content and marketing materials for lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain a robust lead database within our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Implement lead nurturing strategies to keep potential clients engaged and informed.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of lead generation efforts.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Embody the company's values and unique selling propositions in all interactions with potential clients.
  • Meet monthly KPIs as set out by the company.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or business-related field is a must.
  • Must be motivated by cold calling, probing questions and gathering information.
  • Must have Excellent communication skills, with grit and determination.
  • Out of the box thinker for methods of obtaining target.
  • Must have the ability to manage time and tasks efficiently.
  • Must be enthusiastic, outgoing, and have high energy.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven with a “go-getter” attitude.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for lead management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimise lead-generation strategies.
  • Knowledge of mining industry trends and market dynamics is a plus.
  • Understanding legal and compliance requirements related to lead data collection and handling.
