Responsibilities
- Verify prescription information.
- Provide counseling to patients on the proper use of medications, potential side effects, and interactions.
- Address patient concerns and inquiries regarding medications.
- Perform regular inspections to maintain the integrity of pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all prescriptions, consultations, and other relevant information.
- Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical developments, drug therapies, and healthcare trends through continuous education.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited pharmacy program.
- State pharmacist licensure.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, pharmacology, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
