Responsibilities
Implement HR strategies aligned with operational and strategic goals.
Advise management on organizational structure, manpower planning, and succession management.
Oversee HR policies, performance management, and employee development programs.
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure timely and transparent hiring.
Supervise workforce deployment and staff rotations, including camp-based employees.
Ensure compliance with Iraqi Labor Law and internal HR policies.
Lead grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution with fairness and confidentiality.
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and regulatory documentation.
Review and approve payroll, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
Conduct periodic salary benchmarking and recommend compensation adjustments.
Identify training needs and implement annual training and development plans.
Promote continuous learning, leadership, and compliance programs.
Oversee administrative operations including facilities, transportation, logistics, and document control.
Supervise travel arrangements and company correspondences.
Manage daily operations of the employee camp, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Oversee accommodation, catering, recreation, and welfare facilities.
Implement policies related to camp discipline, curfews, and visitor management.
Coordinate with the HSE Department to ensure occupational health and safety compliance.
Lead initiatives to enhance employee welfare, engagement, and retention.
Maintain HR and administration reporting systems and analytical dashboards (headcount, turnover, leave, camp occupancy, etc.).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
10–15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Administration.
Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and camp management.
Proficiency in HRIS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High integrity, discretion, and ability to work under pressure.
