Junior Sales Agent

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients across multiple industries.

  • Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Understand client needs and support the delivery of financial solutions.

  • Schedule and participate in meetings with clients to present products and services.

  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and documentation.

  • Track sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

  • Meet assigned sales targets and support overall business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

  • 0–2 years of sales experience; internships or entry-level experience is acceptable.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to engage with clients from different industries and understand their business needs.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-focused environment.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Basic knowledge of financial services is a plus but not mandatory.
