Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day IT systems and ensure smooth running of devices, networks, and collaboration tools.
Manage SSO/MFA, email accounts, groups, and perform regular access reviews.
Oversee L1/L2 helpdesk, set SLAs, triage issues, and escalate to higher-level teams.
Set standards, image, and manage Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices; ensure encryption and patching.
Maintain LAN/Wi-Fi, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls; monitor performance and fix issues.
Run security awareness programs, phishing simulations, and maintain device hardening; support privacy and audit compliance.
Deploy and support AV setups, Slack, Atlassian, and other collaboration tools.
Track and manage devices, licenses, vendors, and budgets.
Ensure email security (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), retention policies, anti-phishing, and backup/restore processes.
Qualifications
8+ years in IT operations, infrastructure, or end-user services.
Experience at a top MENA company or startup.
Hands-on with Google Workspace, email/mailbox management, and access reviews.
Practical experience with IT security (EDR, encryption, patching).
Networking experience: TCP/IP, VLANs, Wi-Fi, firewalls.
Familiar with service management processes (ticketing, incident/problem/change management, asset/license management).
Knowledge of privacy and compliance (KSA PDPL, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
Experience with cloud collaboration, SSO, and least-privilege access on AWS/GCP.
Comfortable using AI/LLMs to improve productivity while maintaining data security.
