Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ERP and CRM modules.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to map processes, identify gaps, and define business needs.
Validate that solutions meet business requirements during system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Support configuration and customization decisions based on documented requirements and business priorities.
Maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, requirement specifications, and functional design documents.
Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and end-users to ensure alignment between business needs and delivered solutions.
Assist in training and knowledge transfer related to system functionality and business processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Documentation Specialist, or similar role in ERP/CRM projects.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
Functional knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, SAP) and CRM platforms is preferred.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and technical partners.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing documentation and requirements.
