Responsibilities
Review functional and technical specifications to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
Identify test requirements and translate them into detailed test cases and test coverage plans.
Execute software testing activities including smoke, functional, and regression testing.
Perform testing on mobile devices and telecom services (5G, LTE, VoLTE, VoWiFi).
Report, document, and track software defects using issue-tracking tools.
Monitor defect status and follow up with development teams until resolution.
Support field testing activities such as drive testing, throughput testing, and intra-RAT testing.
Validate telecom operators’ network readiness prior to service launch.
Ensure testing activities are completed according to defined timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a relevant field.
Fresh graduate or up to 1–2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or related roles.
Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to clearly document test cases, defects, and results.
Willingness to participate in field testing activities when required.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Basic knowledge of telecom technologies (5G, LTE, VoLTE, VoWiFi) is a plus.
