Responsibilities
Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and initiatives to support user adoption of Oracle Fusion ERP and CRM.
Conduct stakeholder analysis, identify change impacts, and develop communication plans tailored to different audiences.
Coordinate and facilitate training programs, workshops, and user readiness activities.
Monitor user feedback, adoption metrics, and resistance patterns, and implement corrective actions to address challenges.
Collaborate with project teams, functional leads, and senior management to ensure change initiatives are aligned with project goals.
Maintain change management documentation, including impact assessments, readiness reports, and communication logs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or user adoption initiatives.
Proficiency in change management frameworks such as ADKAR, Prosci, or similar methodologies.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience facilitating training sessions and workshops for end-users and administrators.
Ability to analyze adoption metrics and implement corrective actions.
Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (Oracle Fusion preferred) is an advantage.
