Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain automation solutions to streamline workflows and system checks.
- Install, configure, and optimize LIS and related systems to support clinical operations.
- Develop and maintain scripts (Python, PowerShell) and low/no-code solutions for automation.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or engineering teams.
- Recommend system enhancements and improvements to increase efficiency and data quality.
- Assist with ad-hoc reporting, data maintenance, interface documentation, and validation of regulated systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of system administration experience with a focus on automation.
- Experience with clinical systems (LIS, EHR, CPOE) is a plus.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and low/no-code tools (Zapier, Workato, Microsoft Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools in day-to-day work.
