- Lead, mentor, and grow the QA team, fostering a strong quality-driven culture.
- Define, implement, and maintain QA processes, standards, and best practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing.
- Collaborate closely with product and development teams to define testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and release quality expectations.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance testing efficiency and improve defect detection (preferred but not required).
- Perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality, performance, and security.
- Track, analyze, and report QA metrics to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of software QA experience, including at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar tools.
- Solid experience with API testing.
- Proven ability to manage QA teams and establish scalable QA processes.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI-powered QA tools is a plus.
- Experience with performance and security testing is a bonus.
