- Supervise and coordinate all Aluminium fabrication activities in the workshop.
- Review work orders, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
- Monitor production processes to maintain high-quality standards and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and skill development.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to meet project timelines and requirements.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and workshop organization to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Prepare reports on production progress, quality issues, and team performance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Metal Fabrication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Aluminium fabrication or metalworks.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of Aluminium fabrication techniques, welding, cutting, and assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with workshop safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with fabrication tools, machines, and relevant software is a plus.
