- Lead the structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete and steel structures for small-, medium-, and large-scale projects.
- Prepare and review structural design calculations, drawings, and technical reports in accordance with project requirements and applicable codes.
- Utilize structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAFE, and SAP2000 to develop accurate and efficient design solutions.
- Develop and review Revit models and structural documentation, ensuring coordination with architectural and MEP disciplines.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant international codes and standards, including ACI, AISC, and IBC.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve design issues and ensure constructability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Participate in design reviews, value engineering exercises, and technical meetings with stakeholders.
- Support project delivery by responding to site-related queries and providing engineering solutions as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- 7–9 years of hands-on experience in the design of concrete and steel structures across various project types.
- Strong proficiency in structural design and analysis software, including ETABS, SAFE, and SAP2000.
- High proficiency in Revit for structural modeling and documentation.
- Solid knowledge and practical experience applying ACI, AISC, and IBC codes.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
