Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact between the client IT team and the implementation partner’s technical team.
Oversee technical aspects of the project, including integrations, data migration, and system configurations.
Ensure that technical deliverables are aligned with client infrastructure, security policies, and IT standards.
Support system testing, validation, and quality assurance of Oracle Fusion ERP and CRM modules.
Coordinate technical issue resolution between internal teams and external partners.
Maintain technical documentation, including configuration details, integration specifications, and system changes.
Assist in planning and execution of cutover, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in technical coordination, system integration, or ERP implementation support.
Strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP/CRM and experience with SAP integrations (e.g., OIC) is preferred.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security standards.
Experience supporting data migration, system configurations, and testing activities.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and functional teams.
