Responsibilities
Support EMM/MDM and other software-defined solutions.
Deliver end-to-end mobile and cloud-based solutions to customers.
Engage with clients in pre-sales activities, presenting solutions and addressing technical requirements.
Understand customer business needs and align technical solutions accordingly.
Innovate and introduce new business models to meet B2B market demands.
Drive sales growth and contribute to winning new business opportunities.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different regions and time zones.
Learn and apply Android development for proof-of-concept purposes.
Initiate and manage business projects or products that enhance sales offerings.
Work with channel partners and system integrators to deliver impactful solutions.
Travel as required.
Qualifications
Experience in EMM, MDM, or similar software-defined solutions.
Knowledge of network automation, mobile technologies, and end-to-end solutions.
Strong understanding of cloud technologies, REST APIs, Android, Android Enterprise, and subscription/on-premise models.
Customer-facing experience, preferably in pre-sales or technical consulting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Dynamic and proactive, with the ability to build customer confidence and engagement.
Strong business and technical acumen with the ability to understand customer development plans.
Experience in introducing innovative solutions for the B2B market.
Familiarity with MDM, UEM, and EMM platforms.
Experience working in matrix teams across different cultures and time zones.
Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic.
Previous Android/Java development experience is a plus.
