Responsibilities
Talk with teams and users to understand their needs.
Write clear and simple documents like business requirements, user stories, process maps, and guides.
Help design and improve business processes.
Support communication between teams like project managers, developers, and testers to help align on goals.
Support testing by reviewing test cases and checking if the final product meets the requirements.
Keep all documents up to date and easy to find.
Assist in meetings and workshops to gather information and take notes.
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Basic knowledge or experience writing business documents like BRDs, user stories, or process maps.
Familiarity with project methods like Agile or Waterfall.
Experience using tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Confluence, or Jira.
Very good communication skills
Able to work on more than one task or project at a time.
