Responsibilities
Manage cost tracking, monitoring, and reporting for assigned project packages to ensure alignment with project budgets and forecasts.
Prepare and submit accurate payment applications and support the administration of variations and change orders.
Assist in procurement processes, including the review of commercial terms and contract finalization with vendors and subcontractors.
Review and validate subcontractor payment claims, monitor contract commitments, and track approved changes.
Serve as a key liaison between site-based project teams and head office commercial departments, ensuring smooth information flow and issue resolution.
Provide detailed cost analysis, cash flow projections, and forecasting to support the project's financial health and decision-making.
Support periodic project reviews, audits, and reporting cycles with relevant commercial documentation and insights.
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in commercial project control or cost management roles, preferably in hotel or resort developments.
Strong understanding of cost control principles, budget tracking, and financial reporting within large-scale construction projects.
Proven experience in contract administration, variation handling, and claims management.
Proficiency in cost control and project management software such as Excel, CostX, or Primavera.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and operate effectively under pressure
