Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end digital transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Build digital capabilities across the organization through structured training and development programs.
Integrate emerging technologies such as automation, AI, and digital twins into core operations.
Deploy advanced collaboration tools to streamline communication and project delivery.
Establish and oversee a Digital Innovation Hub to drive research, experimentation, and adoption of new solutions.
Design and implement digital QA/QC systems with defined standards to ensure quality and compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
8–10 years of proven experience in digital transformation leadership roles.
Strong expertise in technology adoption, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrated success in managing strategic transformation programs within complex organizations.
Knowledge of emerging technologies relevant to the architecture, engineering, and construction sectors.
