Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
Advise senior management on organizational structure, manpower planning, and succession management.
Oversee the implementation of HR policies, performance management systems, and employee development programs.
Lead recruitment and onboarding activities to ensure efficient, transparent, and timely hiring processes.
Supervise workforce deployment, rotations, and manpower allocation, especially for camp-based employees.
Ensure all HR practices comply with Iraqi Labor Law and company policies.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution with fairness and confidentiality.
Conduct periodic salary benchmarking and recommend compensation adjustments as needed.
Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Oversee administrative operations, including office facilities, transportation, and logistics support.
Supervise document control, travel arrangements, and company correspondence.
Maintain and improve HR and administrative reporting systems.
Generate analytical HR reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, leave trends, camp occupancy).
Use HR data and metrics to support management decision-making and strategic workforce planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Strong knowledge of Iraqi Labor Law and HR best practices.
Experience managing multi-site or camp-based operations preferred.
Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and reporting systems.
