Responsibilities

Assist in the execution of IBP processes including demand planning, supply planning, and scenario analysis.
- Support monthly planning cycles by preparing data, updating dashboards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to monitor key supply chain KPIs.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability of planning inputs.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.
- Document processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or data analytics roles.
- Basic understanding of supply chain concepts such as demands forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP.
- Working knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with Excel, ERP systems, or planning tools is a plus.
