Responsibilities
Achieve assigned targets in coordination with the Sales Manager.
Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new billers.
Organize and facilitate business meetings to present company services.
Ensure all biller services are running smoothly and efficiently.
Address and resolve any business-related inquiries from billers.
Grow the network by increasing the number of connected billers.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and business issues as needed.
Act as the main point of contact for all biller communications.
Prepare and send monthly reports on new billers to the Sales Manager.
Execute and adhere to approved IT security procedures.
Report any actual or potential security incidents to the Information Security Officer.
Follow internal decision-making protocols effectively.
Comply with information security policies and procedures.
Support the implementation of information security measures across the organization and within the department.
Coordinate with the Marketing team on internal and external campaigns.
Perform other tasks as requested by the department head.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Strong command of English (spoken and written).
Excellent account management and communication skills.
Experience using CRM systems.
