Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the tech, digital marketing, automation, and growth-services space.
Develop and implement full-funnel sales strategies, including lead generation, prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Build, execute, and continuously optimize funnel strategies, including top-of-funnel, mid-funnel nurturing, and bottom-of-funnel conversion, tailored to growth-services offerings.
Manage and maintain the sales pipeline in CRM systems, including setting up deals, updating stages, tracking activities, and forecasting revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, account management, product) to craft compelling proposals and ensure smooth handover to delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale to ensure value delivery, client success, retention, and growth, including upsells and cross-sells.
Use data and insights to drive decision-making, monitor funnel metrics such as leads, conversion rates, average deal size, sales cycle length, and churn, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements.
Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities, positioning as a trusted advisor and growth partner.
Stay up to date on industry trends in digital marketing, tech, automation, and growth hacking to understand the competitive landscape and speak knowledgeably with prospects.
Qualifications
Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the tech, digital marketing, or growth-services industry.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets, closing deals, managing pipelines, and working with CRM tools.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, comfortable engaging clients in both languages.
Ability to craft and execute a full-funnel strategy, including lead generation, nurturing, conversion, and retention.
Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales processes, including tracking metrics, analyzing performance, and recommending improvements.
Good understanding of digital marketing, web development, automation, or growth services to speak credibly to prospects and map value propositions.
Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with C-level or senior decision-makers.
Excellent organizational skills, including managing multiple opportunities, maintaining accurate records, forecasting pipeline, and prioritizing effectively.
