Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through calls, messages, and online platforms to promote solar panel products and services.
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions based on available product offerings.
  • Support the sales process from initial outreach through follow-up communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales progress.
  • Learn and understand product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively present value propositions to customers.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and monitoring performance targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
  • Represent the organization professionally while maintaining a strong level of product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) — mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer engagement abilities.
  • High level of motivation, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work evening shifts (if required).
  • Basic understanding of solar energy is an advantage (training will be provided).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage follow-ups effectively.
