Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers through calls, messages, and online platforms to promote solar panel products and services.
Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions based on available product offerings.
Support the sales process from initial outreach through follow-up communication.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales progress.
Learn and understand product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively present value propositions to customers.
Assist in preparing sales reports and monitoring performance targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
Represent the organization professionally while maintaining a strong level of product knowledge.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) — mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and customer engagement abilities.
High level of motivation, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work evening shifts (if required).
Basic understanding of solar energy is an advantage (training will be provided).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage follow-ups effectively.
