Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations and administrative functions across the organization.
Oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance within industrial and/or unionized work environments.
Drive organizational transformation initiatives, including succession planning and workforce optimization.
Develop and implement cost and resource optimization strategies aligned with business objectives.
Provide strategic HR insights to support leadership decision-making and business performance.
Establish and monitor HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to enable data-driven decisions.
Manage employee relations, performance management, and organizational development programs.
Ensure efficient administration services, facilities coordination, and workplace management standards.
Prepare and present HR analytics, business cases, and transformation plans to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Up to 15 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in industrial and/or unionized organizations.
Strong expertise in HR operations and administration management.
Demonstrated track record in organizational transformation, succession planning, and resource optimization.
Strong business and strategic orientation with the ability to align HR with organizational goals.
Outstanding data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.
Experience preparing and presenting HR or organizational business cases.
