Responsibilities
Establish HR policies, procedures and templates (employee handbook, code of conduct, leave policy, etc.).
Support end-to-end hiring: job descriptions, sourcing support, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations (contracts, documentation, workplace policies).
Experience dealing with founders or Managing Directors.
Strong understanding of HR compliance fundamentals (local labor law awareness).
Qualifications
3–7 years of HR experience (startup or fast-growth environment preferred)
Experience building HR processes and policies from scratch
Experience supporting international/remote employees.
Arabic and English language is a must.
