Translate business needs into actionable specifications, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams to ensure mutual understanding.
Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend software solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Support testing by helping create test cases, participating in user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring stakeholder feedback is incorporated.
Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation including requirements, use cases, user stories, and process flows, accessible to all relevant teams.
Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with project managers, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Evaluate and communicate the impact of change requests across teams, ensuring smooth implementation and stakeholder alignment.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform software features and assist in defining KPIs and success metrics.
Qualifications
2–4 years of relevant experience with strong software knowledge and a good understanding of databases, networks, and database design.
Skilled in requirements engineering, process modeling, stakeholder engagement, and cost-benefit analysis.
Proficient in tools like Blueprint, Excel, Word, BI/reporting software, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, SPSS, SAS, STATA).
Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
Creative and collaborative team player with problem-solving skills and solid industry knowledge.
Familiarity with data mining, data visualization, and survey or query tools is an added advantage.
