Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales and onboarding targets in coordination with the Sales Manager.
Conduct field visits to customers and agents, assess their needs, and coordinate necessary actions.
Collect agent documentation and verify its validity with the Compliance team.
Provide onboarding and operational training to new agents.
Expand and maintain a strong database of prospective agents.
Follow up with existing agents to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents through regular check-ins and visits.
Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials to agents.
Meet monthly performance and engagement targets.
Follow up on all agent complaints and suggestions to ensure resolution.
Monitor competitor activities and provide insights or suggestions for service improvement.
Execute approved IT security procedures and ensure adherence to internal security standards.
Report any potential or actual security incidents to the designated Information Security Officer.
Apply decision-making protocols effectively and responsibly.
Adhere to company-wide information security policies and procedures.
Support the implementation of information security measures within the department.
Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the department head.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in account or agent management or a related role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
Experience working with CRM systems.
Good organizational and communication skills.
