Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales and onboarding targets in coordination with the Sales Manager.
  • Conduct field visits to customers and agents, assess their needs, and coordinate necessary actions.
  • Collect agent documentation and verify its validity with the Compliance team.
  • Provide onboarding and operational training to new agents.
  • Expand and maintain a strong database of prospective agents.
  • Follow up with existing agents to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents through regular check-ins and visits.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials to agents.
  • Meet monthly performance and engagement targets.
  • Follow up on all agent complaints and suggestions to ensure resolution.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights or suggestions for service improvement.
  • Execute approved IT security procedures and ensure adherence to internal security standards.
  • Report any potential or actual security incidents to the designated Information Security Officer.
  • Apply decision-making protocols effectively and responsibly.
  • Adhere to company-wide information security policies and procedures.
  • Support the implementation of information security measures within the department.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the department head.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in account or agent management or a related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
