Responsibilities
Identify, assess, and track project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop, implement, and monitor risk mitigation and contingency plans.
Ensure quality standards are maintained for project deliverables, including testing, configurations, and documentation.
Conduct audits, reviews, and quality checks to ensure compliance with project governance and organizational standards.
Collaborate with project managers, functional teams, and technical teams to address risks and quality issues.
Provide regular risk and quality reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying patterns, trends, and areas for enhanced risk and quality management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in risk management, quality assurance, or project support roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of risk management frameworks and quality assurance best practices.
Experience with Oracle ERP implementations or other enterprise systems is preferred.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
