Responsibilities
Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with business objectives
Set and manage annual sales, revenue, and margin targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
Lead pricing strategies, sales forecasting, and margin optimization
Manage and guide sales teams to achieve performance targets across all channels (retail, B2B, e-commerce, healthcare, etc.)
Drive upselling, cross-selling, and portfolio expansion initiatives
Negotiate and manage contracts with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction
Oversee tender processes and ensure commercial compliance and profitability
Align sales efforts with trade marketing and promotional activities
Track commercial performance, including P&L, cost-to-sales, and campaign ROI
Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management
Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team to drive capability and results
Promote a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
7+ years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles
Proven success in delivering sales growth, margin improvement, and market expansion
Strong skills in pricing, forecasting, and contract negotiation
Solid understanding of trade marketing and multi-channel sales execution
Experience managing key accounts and distributor relationships
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in CRM tools, sales reporting, and performance analysis
Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
