Responsibilities
Provide IT support for internal systems, applications, and network infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user accounts, hardware, software, and connectivity.
Support company staff and client-side connections, ensuring stable and secure communication.
Manage and maintain office network equipment, laptops, and other IT assets.
Assist with configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network systems (Meraki preferred).
Support and administer Office 365 and Azure environments.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers on SaaS solutions and integrations.
Implement and follow cybersecurity and data protection best practices.
Maintain system documentation, user guides, and access controls.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or vendors when required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT systems administration or network support.
Strong understanding of network and IT infrastructure (Meraki experience preferred).
Proficient in Office 365 and Azure administration.
Familiarity with SaaS solutions across multiple vendors/suppliers.
Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts and security best practices.
CCNA certified or possessing strong CCNA-level knowledge.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written).
Banking or financial industry experience is a strong plus.
