Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support for internal systems, applications, and network infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user accounts, hardware, software, and connectivity.
  • Support company staff and client-side connections, ensuring stable and secure communication.
  • Manage and maintain office network equipment, laptops, and other IT assets.
  • Assist with configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network systems (Meraki preferred).
  • Support and administer Office 365 and Azure environments.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers on SaaS solutions and integrations.
  • Implement and follow cybersecurity and data protection best practices.
  • Maintain system documentation, user guides, and access controls.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or vendors when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT systems administration or network support.
  • Strong understanding of network and IT infrastructure (Meraki experience preferred).
  • Proficient in Office 365 and Azure administration.
  • Familiarity with SaaS solutions across multiple vendors/suppliers.
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts and security best practices.
  • CCNA certified or possessing strong CCNA-level knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Banking or financial industry experience is a strong plus.
